What is it and Why is it important?
- The purpose of the crowd validation feature for Local Insights is to help triage the reported pain points, by identifying and highlighting the most relevant entries.
- It also offers more feedback and information related to the pain points and different perspectives from the other testers
- Overall this will increase the quality and relevance of reported pain points
How to use this feature:
- On the BugTracker for all Local Insight(Pain Point) issues, there will be a ‘Provide Feedback’ button present below the title of the report.
- Instructions on how to provide proper feedback:
- Rating Relevance to You Personally:
- Please tell us how much the feedback is similar to your own experiences. Use this scale to choose from the dropdown (Pick the number that best fits your personal experience.) :
- 1 Strongly Disagree
- 2 Disagree
- 3 Not sure
- 4 Agree
- 5 Strongly Agree
- Rating Relevance to Your Community:
- Please tell us how much the feedback is similar to the experiences of people in your group/community. Use the same 1-5 scale as before
- Explanation:
- For each question, please give an explanation of why you picked that rating. We want to know why you think the feedback is or isn't like your own experiences and those of your community. Try to be specific and give examples if you can.
- Make sure to be honest and share what you really think and provide your feedback based on your own experience and not general statements as those do not provide any value
- Make sure to properly check your answers before submitting them as you cannot edit them after submission and they may be rejected.
- After the test is done, you will receive payment for all accepted responses.
