Once a test ends how long does it take for me to receive payment?

You will usually receive your payout approximately two weeks from when the test cycle officially ends.

This should not be confused with the time at which the participants finish their personal participation or contribution.

You can find the end-date of a test cycle in the cycle start email, however, please note that test cycles can sometimes be extended.

If you have not received your payment(s) by this date, please submit a “Payment” issue so we can investigate it using the "Submit a request" button.
