If you haven't received the Test Spec, this could be because the test has not started yet. Please ensure that you have received the “Test ready to begin!” email. Make sure to check the alternate folders of your inbox in the event this was redirected.
If you are able to log in to the project on the bug tracker and you find that testers are already reporting bugs (i.e. test has started), you can usually find the Test Spec on the front page of the project (first link).
However, if this is missing, please let us know either by submitting a Zendesk ticket or by replying to the Test Case invitation email.

I have username and password but didnt recieve the project link, and i am getting the emails or other users reporting the bugs
