User experience (UX) research is a type of research that aims to understand how individuals interact with your particular product, such as a website or an app. UX research is the process of discovering the behaviors, needs, and motivations of users through a variety of research methods such as surveys or interviews. The end goal of user research is to help inform the organization about how to create more intuitive and easy-to-use products for its users.

You will mainly take part in surveys or interviews to look into your preferences and opinions regarding different types of applications for our customers. Questionnaires investigate how you use specific apps, how much time you spend on them, and what you like and dislike about specific features and products.
How much time does a survey take to complete?
Survey lengths tend to vary from project to project. However, most of the time, you can expect to allocate around 20-40 minutes per survey. You can expect to receive more details about time and compensation as specific projects become available.
