3. Update your availability weekly
Our availability schedule feature helps us know when you’re ready to test so keep it up to date every week.
4. Answer surveys honestly
When we send you a project survey, answer truthfully. This helps ensure you’re a great fit for the test.
5. Always respond to test invites
Even if you need to decline, let us know. It keeps your profile active and shows you’re engaged.
6. Read test instructions carefully
Before joining a test, make sure you understand all the requirements. This helps avoid mistakes and missed steps.
7. Commit once you join
If you accept a test, see it through to the end. Reliability is key in our community.
8. Only use a VPN if instructed
