Can I use a VPN during testing?

Generally speaking, you will not be allowed to use a VPN during tests.

Exceptions may be made in the event a particular cycle or assignment requires the use of one in order to perform the test. The exact process will be outlined in the instructions if this is the case.

Testing done using a VPN outside specific projects where this is requested will result in sanctions where applicable.
