When can I start testing?

Once you have successfully passed the test, the account will be reviewed by our team and a confirmation email sent out once the account has been validated. At this time you will also start receiving email invitations for projects. 

Please note that project invites are sent to testers based on matching criteria and for this reason, it is important that your account is up to date with all relevant testing information.

Relevant aspects that can influence project invites include devices and their respective OS version, language(s) spoken, and country of residence.

Once an invitation is received, you will need to sign up for the project and if accepted, an email with the project details will be sent as soon as the test is ready to begin.

• Please note: In case of some Test Case execution or Bug Verification invitations, you might be asked to reply to the email according to your availability: if you are able to test you can confirm your participation and start right away; if you are not able to test it is good to let the Test Managers know in time.

Important note: you can start testing at any time during the available time frame of the run, but please keep in mind that most of our projects have a 24/48-hour turnaround period.
