We are happy to announce that from now on, our testers will be able to receive their payments through bank transfer. We have partnered with Wise, a global payment provider, to enable this.
What is Wise?
Wise (formerly TransferWise) is a global company that offers low-cost, transparent international money transfers. It is available in over 160 countries and territories for sending, spending, and receiving money. They have features like local bank details in multiple countries and a debit card for spending worldwide. Wise provides a fast alternative to conventional banks for managing money across borders and lower fees compared to our different payment methods.
What are the benefits of Wise?
Their fees are lower compared to our other payment options
It is easy to transfer money globally
Possibility of owning a multi-currency account
How do I update my payment method?
In order to update your payment method you must:
Login to your TesterWork account
Select Settings on the panel on the left hand side

Select Payment Method option ‘Bank Transfer’
Add your email address and select the same currency from your bank account
Click Save.
You will receive an email from Wise that you have been issued a payment from Spa Worldwide Limited - TesterWork and an email from us informing you of your upcoming payment.
Do I need a Wise account?
You do not need to have or create a Wise account. However, take into consideration that all of the transactions are handled by Wise and you will need to provide your bank account details to Wise, when claiming each payment, in order to use this payment method.
You can create a free personal Wise account with no monthly fees or hidden subscription costs. You will pay for individual transactions, but it's free to sign up and hold money in various currencies.

What if I don’t have a Wise account?
If you do not have a Wise account but want to register:
Click on ‘Enter your details’ in the email received from Wise
Provide the email address and password in the form, and click on ‘Continue to claim’
Set up your Wise account

Verify your account
Take a picture of your ID
Take a selfie

Once your account is set up, claim the payment from the email you received
Log in to your Wise account
Payment will show up on the home screen.
If you do not have a Wise account and do not want to register:
Click on Enter your Details in the email received from Wise
Select ‘Claim using bank details instead’
You will be presented with a form to enter bank details
Depending on the country you are in, you can select either ‘Local bank account’ or ‘E-Wallet’ / ‘IBAN’, etc.
Fill out the details and click Continue
Payment will show up on the home screen.
What if I already have a Wise account?
If you have a Wise account:
Click on Enter your details in the email from Wise
Login to your Wise account and click Login
Approve login if needed
Select if you want to claim it in your Wise wallet (click on Claim) OR if you want to add your bank details instead
If you click Claim:
Payment will show up on the home screen.
If your account is not verified yet:
Payment will only be issued once you have verified your account

Once your Wise account is verified, claim the payment from the email you received
Log in to your Wise account
Payment will show up on the home screen.
If you click Add Bank details
Fill out bank details and click on Continue
You will be presented with a form to enter bank details
Depending on the country you are in, you can select either ‘Local bank account’ or ‘E-Wallet’ / ‘IBAN’, etc.
Fill out the details and click Continue
Kindly note that Wise will require that your account is verified and may ask you to verify your identity at any point. You can find additional information here.
How do I claim my payment?
Once payment has been issued, you will receive an email from Wise
You will receive an email from Wise notifying you about the payment you are due to receive from Spa Worldwide Limited - TesterWork
Click on ‘Enter your details’ in the email to claim the payment
Follow the flow that applies to your situation (if you do not have an account or if you have an account)
If you don’t claim their payment within 7 days, the transaction will be failed.
You will be able to retry your payment from your TesterWork Profile.
What if I am not satisfied with currency conversion rates?
We do not suggest any alternative routes due to a raise in fees and possible payment delays.
What if I cannot use Wise?
Wise has its own limitations, just like our other payment options.
There are some countries and territories where Wise is restricted: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cuba, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Libya, Myanmar, Somalia, Republic of South Sudan, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Venezuela, and the Ukraine regions: Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia.
What type of currencies of transfers are made through Wise?
- If a country’s banking system does not support a given currency for local clearing, that currency cannot be sent, because it would require SWIFT, which is not supported.
- All local currencies can be sent.
- Any currency supported by Wise (except INR) should be depositable into a Wise wallet.
Therefore, you will:
- Be able to receive a local currency to your local bank account.
- Be able to receive any Wise-supported currency into your Wise wallet.
- Not be able to receive non-local currencies into your bank account.
